How long will the salt scrub last?
If the salt scrub is stored in a cool dry place it should last about 4 to 6 months depending on the fragrance. If water is introduced into the jar it will spoil very quickly.
My salt is sticky and hard to wash off, what can I do?
Unfortunately once water is introduced into the jar it will cause the oils and fragrances to spoil and the entire jar should no longer be used. Salt will pull moisture from the air, so improper storage or just being stored for a long time can have the same effect. For best results, use a dry spoon to scoop a small amount of the product into a separate container for use and close the jar tightly for storage.
